Books - ANTERRAN (issue #1)
24 pages, full color, 6"x8.5" (almost A5), US trade paper
Millions of years ago. A Talifan scientist named Stan'ley helped to develop a project that would change the face of the universe: the Sok'a technology, also known as Black Cubes. They quickly became a success on his planet, Talifa, and people started to use them everywhere in towns and villages as a way to communicate, save data, record dreams and improve daily life. Many projects related to the Sok'as were also developed in secret, including military equipment. Talifans had a lot of ambition. At this stage of their History, things couldn't have gone better for them, but something unpredictable happened. In the capital city, someone suddenly screamed in the street. A wave of panic spread in the country, and quickly invaded the whole planet. A dreadful accident had occurred, causing the death of millions of innocents. The world would never ever be the same. The very few survivors who didn't lose their mind now refer to this event as "Day 0"...
ANTERRAN is a comic book written by Simon Mesnard and illustrated by John Carvajal. John is an enthusiastic artist who's already worked on many projects with different techniques. His style is very lively and easy to recognize among others. The 1st book of ANTERRAN will be divided into 3 or 4 shorter issues of 20~30 pages, created with both computer and traditional tools: pencils, paper and watercolors.
Please Note: Self-published books are more expensive to make and take longer to arrive (1~2 weeks) because they are only produced 'on demand'.
